I have to be honest. I've never been a big milk person. I would rather have coffee or tea with my cookies. BUT then I tasted Nigerian Dwarf Goat's (NDG) milk.
Cow's milk is approximately 2 - 6% butterfat. NDG's milk is 8-10%. Thats what gives it a nice, sweet taste. It's also really easy to digest and has many nutritional benefits. I joke that, 'A shot a day, keeps the doctor away'!
