I'm happy to report the Antoinette, our female French Toulouse Goose is laying regularly, and the ducks are laying more each week. Therefore, we're reducing the price on both types of eggs:
- Goose Egg: $2 each (25c deposit on packaging box if wanted)
- Duck Eggs: $3.50 a half dozen / $6.50 a dozen
Both types of eggs are fantastic for baking because they are so rich, in both savory and sweet dishes. But I also love them scrambled for a breakfast taco or burrito.
