Don't get me wrong, our chicken eggs are amazing. But there is a richness to duck and goose eggs that make them perfect for baking....and so why not pasta!
When you think of pasta, you think Italy, so it only made sense to purchase our pasta making equipment from one of Italy's finest, Marcato. We're going 'old fashioned' at least to begin with, with a hand crank system. Between the basic unit and add on package, we can make spaghetti, linguini, lasagna, ravioli, fettuccini, and tagliolini.
Excited to dive in and see what we can create. We have a duck egg customer, who is allergic to chicken eggs, who has volunteered to be a taste tester.
